AlphaMD’s lowest $98 monthly equivalent is paid annually with a 12-month commitment; its other tiers are $109 paid every six months and $129 paid monthly, with six- and three-month commitments respectively.

Put laboratory costs on the same footing
TRT Nation’s FAQ lists TRT laboratory testing at $129. It may accept suitable outside results generally within 120 days, subject to the required information and clinical review. Acceptance is not automatic, so confirm before assuming a recent panel removes that charge.

Check the individualized medication terms
AlphaMD says medication and supplies are included but also notes that pricing may adjust with goals and dosage. TRT Nation describes pharmacy fulfillment and a licensed US compounding supply model in its FAQ. These descriptions still leave individual questions about the exact prescription, dispensing pharmacy, supplies, and total price.

Ask who reviews follow-up results, how appointments are arranged, and how you contact the team between scheduled visits. TRT Nation describes secure messaging; AlphaMD also describes continuing care. We did not test response times, appointment availability, or delivery performance, so those cannot support a winner here.

AlphaMD mentions military, veteran, and first-responder discounts, whose terms need confirmation. TRT Nation’s state and minimum-purchase qualifications also need to stay attached to its price. A comparison that removes those conditions may look simpler but can produce a misleading budget.
