- Who is responsible for my care, and how do I confirm that they can treat someone in my state?
- Which options would you consider for my situation, and what are the reasons, risks, and alternatives?
- What should I understand about fertility and longer-term monitoring before making a decision?
- If a prescription is appropriate, what exact preparation would it be and which pharmacy would supply it?
- Can you show me the complete starting cost and ongoing costs, including anything billed elsewhere?
- How do follow-up visits work, who explains results, and how do I get help between appointments?
- What happens to payments if treatment is not approved, I need to stop, or I cancel a future renewal?
