FROM THE EDITORIAL DESK
A clear note about reading here.
How reading, subscriptions, and messages work here.
The technical services behind the pages
Vercel hosts this publication, and Cloudflare provides DNS. Those services may process request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. We do not promise that ordinary hosting and security systems collect no technical data.
Using the reading room and cost planner
Search filtering and cost calculations run locally in your browser. We have not built accounts, server-side input collection, or persistent storage for these tools. Use them for general topics and budgeting amounts, and do not type private medical details into them.
Your subscription
Joining our reading notes is optional. An unchecked consent box explains the free Conversation Pack, five daily welcome emails, and occasional editorial and promotional messages, including CoreAge Rx. You then confirm by email. EmailBump keeps your address, consent wording, signup placement, and technical request data such as your IP address. Its delivery, open, and click reporting helps us understand email activity, though privacy software can affect the measurements. A click is not evidence of a purchase. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email whenever you wish to leave.
Writing to the team
The contact form routes your name, email, topic, and message to this publication’s separate CARX inbox through EmailBump. Sending a note does not join the mailing list. Turnstile checks technical browser information for abuse. Keep medical records and other sensitive information out of the form. To ask about access, corrections, or deletion of submitted information, write to contact@trtpapi.com.
Keeping the popup quiet
A local browser timestamp remembers when you dismiss or submit the Conversation Pack offer, so it does not keep interrupting your reading. Clearing local site data resets that preference. This browser setting is separate from your recorded email consent.
Leaving for a provider website
The provider operates its own website and applies its own privacy practices. CoreAge referral links identify this site and the article through URL campaign parameters. A provider may use its own analytics or intake systems after you arrive there. Review its current documents before sharing information.
An editorial site, not a patient portal
TRT Papi does not take medical histories, process prescriptions, or create a clinical relationship by publishing an article. Contact your chosen clinician or service about medical records, treatment communications, and the privacy rules that apply to your care.
