Preserve Fountain’s actual billing units

Fountain lists $199 every four weeks, $499 every twelve weeks, and $1,799 every forty-eight weeks. Those are week-based periods, not one, three, and twelve calendar months. A twelve-month budget and a forty-eight-week plan therefore do not cover exactly the same time.

Use the full charge and renewal date in your worksheet. Ask what happens at the end of the purchased period, whether the price renews automatically, and how much notice a cancellation requires. A displayed weekly equivalent can help explain a price, but it is not necessarily the amount charged to your card.

Ask Evolve for matching information

Evolve’s public cost descriptions are broad and do not establish a complete fixed TRT package. Its Annual Care Plan is another component to clarify. Request the plan fee, treatment supply length, medicine cost, and required testing, including any charges that recur on different dates.

Then compare the same span of care with Fountain. If you have a quote for six months from one company and a longer commitment from the other, ask for a common period before choosing by total price. Missing charges should remain questions; they should not disappear because a website lacks a price table.

Make the laboratory pathway explicit

Evolve says previous lab results may be accepted when they contain the necessary markers. Ask its clinical team to review the actual report and identify gaps. With Fountain, request the same written explanation of which starting tests and later checks apply to your proposed plan and which are included in the displayed offer.

Do not assume either company’s published plan removes the need for diagnostic confirmation. Prior results may be helpful while still leaving a clinical reason for another draw. Compare the proposed medicine, not a treatment menu

Both services discuss testosterone injections and topical treatment. Fountain also presents enclomiphene as a possible option; that is a different medicine from testosterone replacement. A treatment menu is not a promise that a reader qualifies for every listed option or can select a prescription without evaluation.

Request the specific medication, route, pharmacy, and whether the proposed preparation is compounded. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. Review the Evolve profile and Fountain profile before comparing products with similar descriptions but potentially different instructions and costs.

Evolve’s Annual Care Plan describes further visits when the treating provider requests them. Ask how your own new concern is assessed and whether an additional clinician appointment would cost more. Put the same question to Fountain, along with how refills depend on appointments or test results.

Finally, obtain the terms for ending care and transferring records. Budget flexibility and clinical continuity both matter, particularly when a prescription is already in progress.
